We are delighted to offer this desirable original UK-market 1972 Triumph TR6 PI, a genuine CP-series 150BHP example that combines strong mechanical condition with superb road manners and classic British sports car character.

Finished in Damson Red with straight bodywork and an attractive, well-maintained paint finish, this TR6 has clearly benefited from significant investment and careful ownership. In 2023 alone, over £2,500 was spent on maintenance and improvements, including new front shock absorbers, brake servo, front brake calipers, brake hoses, differential pinion oil seal, door barrels and keys, suspension bushes, a full service, and a set of correct period-style raised-digit number plates.

A comprehensive history file contains invoices documenting extensive work carried out since 2020. Mechanical upgrades include new anti-roll bar links and bushes, trunnions, polybushes, top ball joints, fuel pump, axle shaft seals, differential gasket and pinion seal. The heating system has also been thoroughly refurbished with a new heater matrix, heater valve, vents, hoses and ducting.

Particular attention has been paid to the fuel injection system, with a replacement metering unit, fuel pump and injectors fitted. Regular servicing has continued throughout ownership, and the car sits on a newer set of tyres having covered only a few hundred miles since much of the work was completed.

Registration PMC 538L presents as a smart, honest and highly usable TR6. While not prepared as a concours show car, it offers exactly what many enthusiasts are looking for: a well-sorted, mechanically strong example that can be enjoyed on touring holidays, weekend drives and classic car events with confidence.
