"For many years I had always wanted to invest in a classic car but had just not come across one that “wowed” me for my available budget. By chance I stumbled across Forge Prees Classic Cars on the Internet and began communications with a very knowledgeable owner of the company named Christian.
 
Originally my preference was a Triumph TR6 of which Christian had some very good examples; however, it was eventually a Triumph GT6 that I opted for. Christian had contacted me to say he had an excellent example of a 1971 Triumph GT6 with a great history.
 
The car was what I considered Concourse condition even though it was advertised as Excellent condition. It had a great history, originally its early life was in England but then found its way over to Sweden where it was eventually restored by an enthusiast who was an Aston Martin Engineer. It was often featured in Sweden’s Triumphs members club articles. After its life in Sweden, it found its way back to Wales where some further work was carried out and eventually found its way to Christian at Forge Prees cars.
 
The whole experience of viewing and buying the car was second to none and the car was prepared to an outstanding condition and delivered at a suitable date agreed between myself and Christian.
