Writing about the people we love is never easy—but it should be.
Every day when we walk into The Forge, we’re surrounded by an incredible collection of British classic cars. And it’s all because of Dad’s dream to establish The Forge Classic Car business back in March 2019 as a retirement project.
As many of you know, we sadly lost Dad in December 2019. Since then, we’ve worked tirelessly to build this business in his memory. Starting from scratch is never easy, especially in such a niche market, but our determination and commitment to bringing his vision to life is paying off!
The Forge is taking shape, our classic car inventory has grown from just four cars to over twenty, and we’re proud to have nearly 100 sales under our belt.
We are deeply grateful for the foundations Dad laid and remain determined to continue growing this family business, just as he envisioned.
Pictured is Dad with Harley and his beloved 1964 Triumph TR4—which, fittingly, has now become one of Harley’s favourite cars at The Forge.
Thank you, Dad, for everything. We are forever grateful and hope you’d be proud of what we’re building.
