We Get So Attached to Every Car!

It’s impossible not to form an emotional connection with each car that comes through The Forge before finding its new home. If we had deeper pockets, we’d probably keep them all! But as a small business, that’s just not an option.

We take great pride in preparing every classic for its next chapter—whether it's through servicing, detailing, or curating its full history file (something we’re becoming well known for!). Naturally, this means we get attached, making it all the more special when we receive updates from their new owners.

Today, I was absolutely delighted to receive an email from Richard in Pembrokeshire, who recently purchased a stunning 1970 Red MG Midget from us. His new classic has already settled into its new Welsh home and has enjoyed its first road trip along the coast to St David’s—a fantastic way to stretch her legs! Richard even shared some breathtaking photos of the car against the backdrop of the Pembrokeshire coastline and St David’s Cathedral. Richard, I truly appreciate the update, and I wish you many happy miles of motoring ahead!
