A Summer to Remember: Ian’s 1976 MGB Roadster

Back in the summer, we had the pleasure of selling a beautiful 1976 Black MGB Roadster to Ian from Rednal, Birmingham. From the moment he saw it, Ian knew it was something special — a true British classic ready for new adventures on the open road.

This week, Ian got in touch to let us know just how much he’s enjoyed his first summer with the car. He’s spent the season taking the MGB to various classic car events, where it’s turned plenty of heads and sparked countless conversations with fellow enthusiasts.

The highlight of the summer came at the Midland Classic Car Show, where the Roadster was proudly displayed — and even awarded a rosette in recognition of its stunning condition and timeless style.
