Holmes Racing Adds the Sparkle to Our Latest MGC GT

We’re always grateful for the relationships we build in the classic car community — and our friends at Holmes Racing are a great example.

A big thank you to Shaun Holmes for kindly sending us one of his superb alloy filler necks for our latest arrival: a stunning 1969 MGC GT now in stock at The Forge.

We recently had the pleasure of handling the sale of a 1968 MGC GT, built by Holmes Racing, to a delighted customer in Ireland. It was a standout car — and Shaun's support throughout the sale was invaluable.

No sooner had that MGC GT found a new home than we jumped straight back in, securing another exceptional 1969 MGC GT for our stock. With its show-stopping triple SU carburettor setup, this car boasts an engine bay that's already a head-turner. Shaun spotted we’d taken it into stock and very kindly sent one of his alloy filler necks, which adds the perfect finishing touch. We couldn’t agree more — it looks superb.
