Simon’s First Classic: Finding the Perfect 1974 Triumph GT6 MK3

There are few things quite like the experience of taking ownership of your first classic car — and for Simon Cox from Southampton, that experience has begun with a stunning 1974 Triumph GT6 MK3 in Magenta.

Having recently purchased the beautifully presented GT6 from Forge Prees, Simon has now had the opportunity to spend some time behind the wheel and discover the character and charm that comes with classic car ownership.

Just 10 days after delivery, Simon shared his thoughts on the car, the preparation carried out by the Forge Prees team and the support he received throughout the buying process and beyond.

“It has now been 10 days since my Triumph GT6 was delivered, and I have had huge pleasure in getting used to driving a “classic”!
