Sunday Smiles and Spanners: A Special Day at The Forge

There’s something about a quiet Sunday at The Forge Prees that brings out the magic — and today was no exception.
It was another super special day as young mechanic-in-the-making, Harley, joined us on site for a few hours of hands-on classic car fun. Dressed for the part in his MG baseball cap and mechanic gloves, tools by his side and a grin to match, he set to work on a MGB Roadster.
His task? To give the engine bay a little extra sparkle by fitting a polished alloy rocker cover. A small cosmetic upgrade perhaps, but one that makes a big difference to the car’s presentation. More importantly, it gave Harley the chance to get stuck in.
Moments like these are what Sundays are made for. Bonnet up, sleeves rolled, tools in hand — and memories in the making. At The Forge, it’s not just about the cars, it’s about the people (and the little people too!) who make this place so special.
Here’s to many more Sundays like this one.
