Richard and Diane proudly showcased their beautifully preserved MG Midget, registration RMB 900H, at this year’s Camrose Vintage Working Day in Pembrokeshire.
The annual event drew crowds with its impressive display of heritage machinery, including static engines, tractors, steam engines, motorbikes, farm equipment, and heavy horses, alongside a fine collection of classic cars.
To qualify, vehicles needed to be at least 40 years old. At 55 years, RMB 900H more than met the criteria and stood out as one of the star attractions.
Blessed with fine weather, the day proved to be a wonderful family outing. Richard and Diane spent much of their time chatting with enthusiasts who showed a genuine interest in the MG’s history and their commitment to keeping classic cars on the road.
“The Forge Prees ”was proudly represented, with the business’s details displayed on the car and mentioned in conversations throughout the day. The couple’s passion even caught the attention of the Pembrokeshire Herald, who photographed Richard giving a thumbs-up beside RMB 900H during a demonstration for their Facebook page.
Reflecting on the day, Richard said:“It was fantastic to see so many people take an interest in RMB 900H and to be able to share our enthusiasm for preserving classic cars. The atmosphere was brilliant, and it’s lovely that events like this keep heritage motoring alive.”
